Hi, I'm running an iMac with 10.7.3 and use a BM Intensity Extreme. This morning I tried to update to Desktop Video 9.2 released on March 16th after running the Beta version before. Installation gave me a "installation failed, please contact the software developer" prompt at the end. I tried several times to reinstall, reboot and uninstall before reinstalling, but nothing seems to make the installation work again. Strangely enough I also can't install older versions like 9.1 anymore, they give me the same error message. Never encountered this problem with any version before.
I suppose there are always some traces of Blackmagic software left on the system after running the uninstall routine. Can somebody please help me to fully delete every trace of the Blackmagic files and successfully install Desktop Video again? Or is there any other way to fix this problem? Really need my Intensity Extreme to work again asap :-(
