Hi, we've had some success in the online streaming business and now we're looking to build out a full-time network (well, slowly) - and the television switcher looks like a really nice option for the low budget/high tech savy business we're in right now.
I'm currently building a budget around the next upgrade for my "network" and I need some clarification that I hope you fine folks might be able to provide.
First, the specs show two HDMI Input resolutions - one for HD signals, one for computer resolutions. Will the ATEM Television Studio support a computer signal @ 1920x180@59Hz as an HDMI input (with a DVI to HDMI passthrough cable), or is a scaler/converter required ... or am I completely mis-reading the spec sheet?
Second, can the ATEM be recognized as a camera source via USB out of the box?
Obviously, I have specific needs, but if I can cut some corners with the ATEM TV Studio as opposed to getting a full out tricaster, it would be great ;D
