I have two servers. In one of them I have Decklink Studio 2, and in the other one I have Intensity pro. My workflow is:
Cameras --> video mixer --> Decklink Studio 2 --> Intensity Pro --> IP-to-MPEG streaming
The video mixer sends analogue video and audio signals to the DS2 via S-Video and XLR, and the DS2, after putting LiveKey graphics on the incoming signal, sends the video and audio to Intensity card via HDMI.
I receive capture the Intensity pro's signal LIVE by Expression Encoder 3, and then encode it to the IP streaming.
And here is my problem:
The sound received via Intensity HDMI in the EE3 is very low. If i choose to capture the audio by the blackmagic own software on the same machine, the audio is normal. But on EE3 it is too low.
I can't figure out what the problem is. It is the same eve if I send the audio from DS2 to Intensity card by analogue way and not HDMI. All the same, too low.
What the problem can be? any idea? will appreciate any help, thank you.
Or can I use another software instead of Expression Encoder for my workflow?
