Now that Linux has isochronous USB 3.0 support, that should make it possible for Blackmagic to produce Linux drivers for the Intensity Shuttle. Actually, the code has existed for some time, but only just this week did they release the stable branch kernel with the feature included. (new kernel version 2.6.36).
See code checkin: http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux-2.6.git;a=commitdi...
I just wanted to inquire as to whether Blackmagic is planning Linux support for the Shuttle, or better yet, if they've already started the work. If not, let me add a word of encouragement for them to do it!
