Does using a fireware Raid 0 external HD work for black magic intensity pro uncompressed captures?

I found these online and was wondering if this would work for capturing uncompressed video from the blackmagic intensity pro:

Uncompressed 8-bit video (1080i0 requires about 120 MB/s of throughput. If you're planning on using firewire 800 on the drive you're referring to, it's not going to be enough. If you use the eSATA connection on the QUAD model, then it should be ok.

Thanks for the info Kristian.

Do you happen to have a link to the graph that shows how much MB/s recording uncompressed footage the BMIP takes up?

I know I had it somewhere but I can't seem to find it.

And just an opinion question, but how much improvement in video quality will I get recording uncompressed footage versus what I'm doing now recording with the MJPEG codec?
