I have an older computer a dual Xeon 2.8 GHZ and I instal the Decklink HD pro on the PCI X 133mhz slot.
We also have a SCSI raid but it is too slow for HDV Video.
My thought was to install a SATALink 4-Port PCI or PCI-X Host Controller and 4 SATTA drives in a raid 0 to be able to see the HDV video on an external monitor.

I do have a PCI X 100 MHZ and a PCI slot available on the computer.
Anyone has any experiance with this kind of setup?
We do some HDV editing with Premiere CS3 and I we want to be able to see our work on a monitor with the Decklink Card.
