Hi friends

Have some queries on the VideoHub.

Would be great if I can get help.

1. No Full input and output terminal available in 20 and 24 inch
pushbutton view i.e. 72 inputs and outputs,
Limited to 50 i/p ,10o/p for 20inch and 55i/p, 12o/p for 24 inch
2. No reset button or something for reset to factory setting in
case we
need to do it.
3. No save option for saving a profile or same for HD or SD or the
for any
other routing which is used frequently
4. For remote only 1,3,7,12,16 port is available for routing
Means 1 to 72 remote port can be routed to this six remote
ports
only and 1,3,7,12,16 to all 72 ports

Hi Anand,

I will try to help - I am not in front of my Videohub

1. No Full input and output terminal available in 20 and 24 inch
pushbutton view i.e. 72 inputs and outputs,
Limited to 50 i/p ,10o/p for 20inch and 55i/p, 12o/p for 24 inch

REPLY - are you saying that you cannot see all the router crosspoints on your computer monitor ? Are you set for a 1920x1200 resolution on your computer display ?

2. No reset button or something for reset to factory setting in
case we
need to do it.

REPLY - this is correct. This will relate to your question (3) below. Saving a default setting, so you can call it up at once is called a "salvo" with routing switchers. So saving a "default" setting (input 1 to output 1, input 2 to output 2) would be a preset that you would like to create "just in case you need to do it". This is not available with the current VideoHub software. This would be a nice feature for the future.

3. No save option for saving a profile or same for HD or SD or the
for any other routing which is used frequently

REPLY - again, this is called a "salvo" with many more expensive routing switchers (like Pesa, Leitch, etc.). This is currently not available, and would be a nice feature to add in the future.

4. For remote only 1,3,7,12,16 port is available for routing
Means 1 to 72 remote port can be routed to this six remote
ports only and 1,3,7,12,16 to all 72 ports

REPLY - to my knowlege, you can only route one "Workstation" RS422 port to one "VTR" RS422 port. This means that you cannot use one edit controller to control 6 VTR's at one time. I may not have understood this question. If this does not answer your question, please rephrase the question again.
