Hi Jon,

If you are capturing either VHS or SVHS through analog, then 352X480 would be the best way to go. The reason behind this is that you won't be wasting your bits on non-existent information.
Video captured from VHS or SVHS sources via analog will already be about 360 horizontally anyway.
