Hello everyone I am making a film which is going to theater release so the final output is film by reverse telecine .
Can anyone tell me which the best option for it is? And which one have true 24p, As we can’t afford cinealta or varicam for shoot.
I found Panasonic AG-HVX200 and Sony Z5 is good option; please tell me which the best in these…is.

Please hire a post-production supervisor before you shoot yourself in the foot, not to mention a DP who knows what they're doing and can recommend you a decent camera because you don't 'reverse telecine' to go out to film. Quite the opposite actually.
And um do you really have theatrical distribution lined up already because to be real honest if you don't it's putting the cart way before the horse if you're thinking you'll go into theaters just because you're making a movie. When you talk about cameras like the HVX200 or the Z5 I'm guessing you probably don't have Bruce Willis in this and Paramount set to distribute. 99% of indies live on DVD.

Seriously, Noah is being kind... listen to him.
Make the best film you can (with the help of people who have done it - ie DP and a post prod super - you can talk to them at many of the larger post houses)... then if it is good, and a festifal success, and there are not enought digital projection cinemas by then... well then think about going to film.
And to be honest - yes some cameras are better than others, but the quality of the story, acting and the ability of the cast & crew outweigh any camera considerations. You can give most Oscar winnners an old grannycam and premier pro version 2.0 and they will likely shoot & edit circles around 99% of film students with CineAlta's & Avids.
From reading your initial post it is clear that you are already in over your head, and need to come back down to earth... you can still reach for the stars but you will need help.
Thanks,
Harry

panny in 24pN
The real problem isn't frame rate, though. The real problem is lighting. Check out the cinematography and lighting design forums for help in getting adequate exposures, because film has a lot more latitude than what you will be able to capture.
