Problem w/ Sony DSR 1500A Deck

My Sony DSR 1500A deck continuously flashes "REC INHb" even when the switch on the cassette is on record. I checked the menu setting "REC INHIBIT and made sure it's set to OFF. Please help!

There is also a REC INH setting in the [Operational] setup menu that you might want to try turning off as well. Also, if the tape is not a DVCAM/DV ME tape the REC INHI light will come on as well.
