selling movies through iTunes

Hey guys
I am an independent producer from Canada and I was wondering if any of you know what are the requirements for a movie to be able to be sold through iTunes.
I asked this question before and I've been told that I should contact the Independent labels department at Apple using the e-mail address: independentlabels@apple.com.
I sent an e-mail but I received an error message saying that there is no such an address.
Does anyone know how does this work or how could I contact that department?
