Kona Lhi HDMI sync

Hey guys...
I know this may have bee discussed here before but i cant seem to find an appropriate thread....

Ive got an Lhi going SDI to my Panasonic LCD and HDMI going to my 42in LED .... the HDMI is delayed, how do i get it sync with the other signal. i heard there is a way but dont know how.

would like all three monitors in sync. FCP monitor/Panny/42 is this possible ? it should be.....
