When AJA made the Kona 3 able to cross convert 720p to 1080p on the fly when you output...2 weeks before I needed to output DVCPRO HD 720p24 to HDCAM 1080psf 23.98...that made my whole friggin' YEAR!

Aja Tech Support came to my house, made me iced tea, fixed the washer and mowed the lawn. I love them!
Seriously, they shipped me a new BOB for the Kona 3 with no questions asked after I troubleshot it myself. The just said to return the old one when I had a chance. Aja is by far the best service and support I have ever received on ANY product I have ever owned, they are awesome!

You think that's something, I just emailed them about a problem I was having and they actually returned my email! As if that wasn't enough, their email actually contained advice that fixed my problem! It's staggering...

I live up north in the Netherlands in a very small place. I mailed them on a Friday afternoon about a problem I had with my Kona card. Next monday afternoon a UPS car stopped in front of my house with a new card. No questions asked; only to return the old one. It's a couple of years ago; I am still flabbergasted.

They, especially Rudy, are the best. I called Rudy with an issue on a 1080p monitor and he sent me, no charge for the use, an HDP converter. My project went on longer and he was so friggin' cool about it and told me to keep it until we finished (and I got paid!!). I just put a system together for the American Idol "Going to Disneyland" spots and never once considered another product. That makes 6 Kona 3s for me and counting. Their corporate model is one many other companies should follow, especially the Big Silver Fruit one!!!! Loyalty? I'd say!
