I've posted this one many times now and I will keep doing that untill there will be something definite. WHEN WILL THERE BE A DRIVER FOR THE KONA LHe that makes it possible for me to work with both FCP and Premiere Pro. In september Gary Adcock showed me a working version at the IBC. So what's keeping AJA from giving it to us??

Yep, AJA will not disclose anything publicly on a forum until it is released. We've actually said this in the past and it does not change. You really just need to contact them directly.
Obviously something is preventing this driver from being released. My guess is it does not work correctly and AJA will not release anything unless it works correctly.

I guess that's so. What I'm also interested in is wether I am the only one, who is sort of waiting for it. I mean combining the work with After Effects and Premiere Pro, seems to be attractive, doesn't it? I guess Adobe would also be glad if the Kona works with Premiere Pro, wouldn't they?

I think Adobe will be happy when Premiere works on Leopard which it is not approved for yet. I would venture to guess that the Leopard update from Adobe is one of the issues with the AJA Driver.

Hi Walter,
Adobe actually released the Leopard update for Premiere last month. I believe the only app left without an update is the one most people actually use, AE. Here's the link to the Premiere Leopard update.
