Sometimes people come to us asking to become leaders. That's cool.
We also keep our eyes peeled for people who actually
are leading , and may not know it. Jeremy Garchow (posting as JeremyG), is one of those. He knows he posts regularly at The COW, but was shocked to hear the stats:
