First make sure you have a PCI-X machine, that's the older models like the original Dual 2.0's that we run here. If you run SCSI or Fibre Storage, put that card into Slot 4 and the Kona 2 either into Slot 3 or 4. I run mine in Slot 3.
If you have a newer PCIe machine, then you will require the Kona 3 card.
