The big thing to look for is whether the new XW8200 has the right number of slots. You'll need 3 PCI slots for the boards. Four really, as I believe there's a gap between the BFX/IFX boards and the Studio card.
Most of the newer motherboards have an incompatible configuration, so the hardware physically won't fit.
