"Incompatable Firmware" Message

when I try to open the 844 I am getting a message; "Incompatable Firmware. Install the latest firmware." I have reinstalled the software but I can't figure out how to slush the boards. Which I am assuming is the next logical step. Any suggestions, anyone? Thanks, Jack

Never Mind... when I installed the 3.02 patch it worked fine....
