Cinewave on Dual 2.7 Tether issues

I'm just setting up an edit system on a Dual 2.7. I installed the Cinewave Card and upgraded to4.7 with OS 10.3.6, FCPHD 4.5 and QT 6.5.2. My problem is that the Cinewave Card does not recognize the Pro Analog BOB in either tether. Can anyone help?

I'm not here to give you the answer but to question one: How do you get the software 4.0 and updates to your cinewave? I got one myself that I'm trying to update with my G4 but I can't find the software anywhere...

You need to get the 4.0 Install Disk and then you can find the 4.6 & 4.7 updates here: http://www.pinnaclesys.com/support/display.asp?ProductID=416&DocTypesID=14

A few weeks have gone by and we've come to the conclusion that it's a problem with the card itself, not any other component of the system. We've tried 4 other Cinewave Cards in the same setup and all work fine.
Working configuration:
G5 Dual 2.7
Cinewave 4.7
OS 10.3.7
FCPHD 4.5
QT 6.5.2
