Error message after capture

Suddenly when trying to capture I get one of two messages:

Error: Final Cut Pro HD was unable to read the movie file just captured

or

File Error: Unknown File

Using CineWave RT 4.7
FCP HD 4.5
Medea RTS SCSI drive
ATTO UL3D

Any thoughts?
