IgniterX Pro in a MacPro

We currently have an IgniterX Pro in a dual 2.7GHz G5

Will this card work in a MacPro (Intel)?

No.
Aurora never wrote drivers for Intel Macs and is now apparently out of business.

Consider replacing this card with something from AJA or Blackmagic.

Time to move on.
