Adding Component Switch

Greetings all. I recently added a component switch to my setup due to the number of devices wonnected to my one monitor with just one component input. One of these devices is the Pipe. Previously conected directly to an S-Video switch, the my Pipe performed flawlwssly.

Now, using my component switch, the image on my monitor flashed between color and B&W. Apparently, the S-Video-to-Component fuction of my JVC 333 component switch is causing a problem.

Any thoughts?

Try Different Cables.

Use something (a spray like contact cleaner) to clean the switch maybe?
