NTSC / PAL switchable

Is there anything that I need to do to use my Pipe Pro card for NTSC or PAL?
I finished a job and need to make some PAL DVD's for clients. I shot the video at 720 24pn with an HVX-200 camera. I have a timeline that is 23.976 and need to convert to PAL. My sony monitor will do both NTSC and PAL 4:3 and 16:9. AFter I do my conversion how do I switch the Pipe Pro card to work under the Pal format to view the final results?

sytme pref-pipe pref > switch all to either PAL or NTSC (might have to restart)
In FCP under external video select either Pal or NTSC outputs of your pipe.
