Igniter and Pro-Tools.

Does anyone have a clue why my pro-tools operates and responds quicker when I view my pictures on my computer monitor compared with playing out to a TV monitor using the igniterX lite?. Mac mirror door G4. OS 10.3.9. Pro-tools TDM V6.7. Igniter drivers 6.4.4. Thanks.
