Uh Oh....in deep trouble

Our IT department managed to reformat our XSan drives. Anyway to recover media back to normal. Quoted price from a file recovery service is $60,000.....not good. In deep poo poo. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

I've never tried with a Raid, but once I used an small app call DataRescue in a death HD.
The process is very easy because you can look inside the drive and choose what data to recover.
The only cons is that is a very slow process. The app makes the drive to spins very slow to avoid further problems, so the download can take long-long time. All the data I recovered (many of them clips) was perfect.
