Capture Line 21 CC in FCP using AJA KONA card

I am looking for a way to capture line 21 for closed captioning using Final Cut Pro. Is this possible? I need to capture the text file and be able to use in for online videos. I am running FCP 2 and have the AJA KONA card. I am new to doing closed captioning so any resources anyone might have would be very useful.

FCP does not support insertion or extraction of closed captioning information.
