Putting final onto a P2 CARD

I have my project on FCP, I want to know if there is a way to instead of printing to tape can I put bars & tone, slate and final project to a P2 card? I am hoping to eliminate the use of beta tapes and strictly use my P2 cards. please help me on this.

Sure, you can do it. Connect to the HVX via FireWire, put the camera in MCR mode, and then crash record. No way to send out sequence code, however.
