Importing Jpegs into final cut
by Josh Weiss (JWedit) on Aug 1, 2008 at 6:37:12 pm

Lately I haven't been able to import jpegs into Final cut. I am on tiger, FCP 6.04. It tells me that the files are unknown. I can still import most other formats. Any ideas?

Are they CMYK or RGB? FCP doesn't do CMYK.

No they are RGB, even stuff out of after effects does't work.

When this was happening to me on another system, what fixed it was resetting the import settings to default.
