View >Video playback settings missing

All I have in here right now are 4 Digital Cinema Display settings and "none." FireWire options are gone as are DVC Pro settings. This is on my macBook Pro 2.4 running the latest of everything. Trashed prefs, didn'T help. What's wrong?
