making TC continue in part 2 of edit

I need to break down my documentary into 2 parts for the composer.
He is requesting part 2 time code to be continuous from part 1

Is there a way to do this easily?

In the second sequence's settings (select it and type cmd+zero) you can change the sequence's timecode to whatever you want... so just change it so it continues on... or export the first half, then export the second half using in and out points for the export.
