Custom dimensions for DVD output

I have DV CAM footage shot at 16:9 which I am editing. However, for the final DVD output, I want to crop the footage slightly top and bottom to make it appear slightly more widescreen. When exporting using compressor, if the footage was 16:9 uncropped, you flag it as this, but as the footage will be slightly thinner, how do I flag it? Because I don't want to mark it as 16:9 to find that it stretches the footage back up to this ratio...any ideas?

You'll just have to apply a widescreen mask to the video in FCP and export it to make the crop you want and then just send it through Compressor normally as a 16:9 video.
