Multiclip editing & the Firestore

I am trying to complete an edit that was shot on 3 cameras and one of the cameras was using a firestore. I have tried nesting the clips and trying to create a multiclip, but a message comes up "the video codec types do not match" I have also exported as quicktime but the movie when i import it back in is 4.3?
Two of the cameras are dv and one was a Hvx my sequence settings are dv pal
