film noir/ colour accentt

Hi.
desperate now for any info on a free/very cheap plugin that will enable me to do something like desaturate the whole clip, apart from the reds. also need to be able to run on my macbook avec no decent GPU.

In FC you have:
Video Filters> Color Correction:
- Color Correction 3-W
- Color Corrector
Video Filters> Image Control:
- Desaturate
-Proc Amp
All clasic FC filters.
