Extension Not Seen
by Andrew Hampy on Apr 2, 2008 at 2:09:02 am

When exporting out a FCP self contained QuickTime, I am not able to see a .mov extension when I open my finder window and look at the file. I made sure that the "Hide Extension" button was not checked when I did the export. I also made sure that the "Show All File Extensions" was checked in the finder settings. Any ideas.

Andrew

Yes,

I am trying to run the file through a deinterlace program and it seems to get stuck more when file is not showing .mov
