Unintended post, thanks to MySQL server error (Sorry! But heh, I couldn't delete it, at least I could edit it and explain myself! :)

My apologies for posting twice!!! When I submitted my post, I got these ugly cow 'nix server errors:
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in /var/www/localhost/htdocs/docs/forums/newpost.php on line 2
Warning: mysql_select_db(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /var/www/localhost/htdocs/docs/forums/newpost.php on line 3
(etc) ...
Then when went back to previous page, even though I couldn't see my post, it gave me an opportunity to submit form results again. Result? Two posts. Apparently my first post went through despite the meltdown. No my intention. Sorry.
