how do I make a personalized timecode reader?

I need to put a timecode reader on some video files, so I can send the footage to some clients, they can watch it on their own, and also be able to keep track of what area of the footage they want to comment on, and I need to know what part of the footage fits to their comments.
The thing is, is that the built in timecode reader and generator in Final Cut cover up way too much space on the footage, they are kinda "ugly", and the biggest problem is that I need the ability to attach my company's logo next to the timecode.
Hence, does anyone know how I can make a personalized timecode reader?
I want to be able to:
1. change the font and font size
2. change the placement of the reader on the screen
3. add an image to be embedded with the reader and sit next to the timecode line.
4. I want to build this once and then be able to re-use it easily on many different clips and projects.
If anyone knows how I would go about doing this, your help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all so much.
Also, if you dont know exactly how to do it, but know what software could do this or where to point me that info would be huge as well!

You can change the size and placement of the TCR in the filters tab. As far as putting a logo there, simply place and position it next the the tc, render, and away you go. I am afraid you are stuck with the font, but everything else you want is achievable with the filter.
