Sony HVR-V1U -- How do you like it?

I am getting ready to buy a couple of cameras and after a week of playing with the XL-H1, the HVX200, and the V1U...I am leaning towards the V1U. I LOVE the picture quality of the camera, and the price is very reasonable.

I would really appreciate any feedback positive or negative from anyone who has used this camera. How do you like it? Any problems with FCP? Pros? Cons?

so far I am happy with my v1u, just waiting for FCP to
help us with 24p.
