C.Corrector + C.Corrector 3-Way ignore alpha when limit effect is enabled?

Hi,
I am trying to adjust illegal chroma values on graphics that I have been given. But after applying either of the two filters (Color Corrector or Color Corrector 3-Way) and enabling the limit effect controls with th eyedropper, I lose the transparency of the graphic QT movie.
I lose transparency only when I choose a color with the eyedropper with the limit effect control (the actual application of the filter itself retains my transparency).
Is this the nature of the filter? Could someone verify this? Apply a CC filter to animation codec movie (w/ alpha) and enable the limit effect option. Do you still have transparency on your GFX?
I am using the limit effect since only certain colors' chroma values are illegal and I don't want to touch the rest of my graphic.

Sorry, when I replicate your problem on my machine using animated lower-thirds -- actually TWO stacked & animated lower thirds -- my transparency is just fine.
It sounds like it might be time to go through the entire litany of ways to deal with FCP goofiness: trash the preferences, shut down the machine if it's been on a few days, double-check your settings... you probably know the drill.
