The Good Eats episode on Food Network named Behind the Eats contains a familiar looking character, referred to as "super geek".

I've seen that face somewhere before...

Congratulations, you didn't blink! Yes, that was me introduced very humbly as "Super Geek." I guess if you're gonna be a geek, it might as well be a Super Geek.

I actually didn't know how AB introduced me until we cut the HD version of the show and I about fell out of my chair. It was freakin hilarious. I just got back from a crew party where we screened the HD master of the episode and that was a lot of fun. Nice for the crew to be recognized in a one hour special.

Absolutely the best group of folks I get to work with.

That's Ginger. She cuts the show on the Avid for SD and then I conform the HD version.

I almost went to culinary school before going the video production route. I've been cooking as long as I can remember and during the big crew party on Saturday I served my famous pizza on the grill. It went over huge. I tell everyone I'm the triple threat. Editor, Animator, Chef. :-)

One day you'll have to come by for our Christmas Eve Feast of the Seven Fishes. An Italian tradition brought over by my grandfather which I proudly carry on. The menu consists of about 31 items all of which are made from scratch in our kitchen. Really fun event and we spend about 5 days preparing the meal. Truly good fun and some really Good Eats!
