Best sequence settings for combining DVcam footage with Keynote slides

Greetings,
I have a last minute project I need to complete that involves combining DVcam footage i've already captured with PPT slides exported from Keynote.
I've been exporting the slides from Keynote at 640x480 and they look great on a monitor, but a bit blurry on a computer monitor, which is where the project will most likely be viewed.
I'm wondering if I should change my sequence settings to something uncompressed, re-render my sequence and re-import my slides with the same uncompressed setting to get the best possible image quality for the slides.
If anybody has any advice for this I would greatly appreciate your thoughts.
Sincerely, Jack Pitzer

Jack,
Assuming that you export your slides in a lossless format, (tif, targa) they should look okay, but you could try going uncompressed, but then you'll have to render and you won't be able to play it in real time on your monitor. So this would be the last thing you do before going out to QT or Compressor.
Myself, I'd take the stills and blow them up to say, double in PhotozoomPro.
