Converting mp4 file to mov file for FCP

Hello,

I am using MPEG streamclip to export mp4 files into mov files to use in FCP. I keep getting the error message. Is there another software I can use to covert the files so I can edit them in FCP?

It says "Error can't prepare the movie" Thanks
