I shot some footage on a Canon 5D Mark II, accidentally erased my footage recovered it but only managed to recover the files and not the original file structure. I am trying to bring these quicktimes into Final Cut Pro now but it's giving me this warning message when I open Log & Transfer:
Folder contains unsupported media or has an invalid directory structure. Please choose a folder whose directory structure matches supported media.

What should I do?

Use Compressor, or MPEG STREAMCLIP, or Magic Bullet Grinder to convert the files.
