upgrade to 10.6.8 lost video out, second monitor

Issues with graphics card drivers and FCP with this upgrade have been previously reported here and the advice not to bother with this OS upgrade have been made by me and others.

Try to see if an upgraded driver is available or try reinstalling graphics card drivers. Alternatives are to use Time Machine to wind back to 10.6.7. although I would do some searching of this and other forums to see if that works.
