23.98 to 59.94 whit the same number of frame

I try to make a output in 59.94 with a video source of 23.98. But my problem is ... I want to make it without a difference in time between my both video. It possible ? I always have 1sec and 6 frame more at the end so ...

That's the difference between drop-frame and non-drop-frame time code you're seeing.

but there is no solution to export this video whit the same number of frame ?

Prove to yourself there is no problem. Put both pieces of footage in the same 59.94 timeline. Look at the length. Go to bed satisfied.
