FCP codecs compatible with Adobe Premiere

Are there any delivery grade codecs in Final Cut that are compatible with Premiere? I am delivering some quicktimes that I cut in ProRes HQ in FCP, but the segments are being assembled by someone else using premiere. It's a mix of 720x480 and 1280x720 footage. Thanks.

HQ is overkill for this media. I presume they have to edit the material in Premiere. Are they on a Mac or a PC? Uncompressed should be available to them. PhotoJPEG as well.

Why not Prores? or Quicktime? Premiere Pro can use just about any codec the system can see by going to the desktop mode inside of the playback settings. You might find some information with this link:
