Audio out of sync exporting with h.264 codec from HDV timeline

The timeline is in HDV 1080i60.
The rendering codec is Apple ProRes 422.
I have exported in Apple ProRes 422 and the file works fine.
But when I export in h.294 codec using quicktime conversion, the audio is out of sync, but not always!
when I have some rendered clips (for example on the lower third) the audio is in sync.
To bypass the problem I can export again a Apple ProRes 422 file, and from then a h.294, but I'm looking a shorter way to do it directly

Have you performed an audio mixdown? If not, try that. Sequence Menu > Render Only > Mixdown.
I've always had the best result by exporting a QT (ref or self-contained) and using that file in Compressor.
