Calculating TRT Non-Drop Seq to Drop master tape

I'm laying off masters for a client and all his sequences are 1080 23.98p NonDrop frame, mastering to HDCAM 1080i 29.97 Drop Frame. No problem with the process except his TRT on the slates are not the same, program starts at 01:00;00;00 but on the first tape seq. ends 01:56:15:16 but that frame on the tape is 01:56:19;04. Is there a calc out there that can figure out the difference so we don't have to print the tapes and then go back and change the slates?

Make a slug in the 23.98 timeline that's precisely as long as the program. Copy it and paste it into a 29.97 DF timeline. You'll know exactly how long the show is in 29.97 DF.

Thanks Dave, I was kind of thinking that but I tried to nest the seq and it would not do that but we have an export of the program in one piece and when I dropped that into the 29.97 seq I got the new TRT.
