16:9 output still displays bars on widescreen

My settings are Frame Size: 1024 x 576 Custom (16:9), Pixel Aspect Ratio: PAL CCIR 601 (720x576). I export via On2 Flick Exporter and select "Use Host Dimensions". When I play the SWF back on this Samsung Widescreen TV I still get black bars on top and bottom.

I've tried other aspect ratios before export but get the same thing.

You need the same but in SQUARE PIXELS. SQUARE Dean. Square...Think Square.

You know, I appreciate the help but if you wanted to be useful you could have said how I could get the SQUARE PIXELS. Square. I'm thinking SQUARE. Instead of being a ponce. I mean, what's the sense in being intentionally vague? You type the word square 4 times and your typing is ambiguous. I "need the same", what, Frame rate and aspect ratio. You told me that I should use PAL as aspect ratio before. C'mon.

To be useful I should have told you go and read the manual. if you don't know what SQUARE Pixels means go to the FC Basic Forum.
Can you tell me where I wrote you to use PAL pixels?
