edit to tape 4:3 (16/9)

hi, I'm editing a show in 4:3 (720,486), the rushes are in 4:3 16/9 , I'm wondering how to output and keep 4:3 16/9 on tape ?
my sequence is set 4:3 (widescreen)
I use Aja IoHD to make the edit

If you want the 16x9 pictures to fill the whole 4x3 frame, the only way is to blow your picture up. You will loose part of your picture off course. if you want to show the full picture, letter-boxing is the only solution.
