SATA Drive Storage

We will begin shooting on the Sony EX-3 soon and I want to update our drive storage solution for more capacity, faster performance, and better backup. We edit on a PowerMac G-5 Quad (4x2.5). I'm looking at buying 2 of the Firmtek 5-Bay enclosures.
http://www.firmtek.com/seritek/seritek-5pm/ I want to fill each bay with 1TB Seagate drives.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148274 Both units will be RAID 0. One will be a primary editing drive, the other will be a backup drive. Now I would like to have the option of connecting 4 SATA's at once and Firmtek does not have a 4-port card for the Quad G-5, so instead I'm looking at the CalDigit Fasta 4e 4-port card.
http://www.CalDigit.com/FASTA-4e.asp Any thoughts on this set up? Good idea? Bad idea?
Thanks!

Consider using Seagate NS series drives, especially if you're raiding them together. Longer warranty and apparently more quality control in manufacturing than the AS series. Also about $100 more per drive. I couldn't find the 1TB NS on NewEgg's site but they're around.
If you're doing the 5 bay Seritek, why not go RAID 5? RAID 0. Almost as fast and as RAID 0 & safer to boot. With 2 sets of these I think you can get into RAID 50. I'm not sure if any of the Seritek cards can handle this, but there are cards out there that can. I haven't dived into RAID 50 yet, but with all the drives you plan to bring online it seems like it may be a good way to go.
